Sausage Breakfast Casserole

With the crescent rolls included here, it’s like sausage casserole with a built-in biscuit.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Wampler’s sausage (any flavor will do!)

  • 1 pkg crescent rolls

  • 6 eggs

  • 2/3 cup milk

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Cook, crumble and drain sausage.

  2. Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper.

  3. Spray 11x13” pan with cooking spray.

  4. Place crescent rolls in bottom of pan, add layer of sausage, pour egg mixture over sausage and add cheese.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
