Ingredients
8 eggs
1 lb Wampler's Farm Sausage
1 1/2 cups whole milk or heavy cream
24 oz. frozen tater tots
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 and spray 9 x 13 pan with non stick cooking spray.
Brown the Wampler's Farm Sausage and set aside.
Whisk together 8 eggs, a cup and a half of heavy cream or whole milk and all
spices together.
Pour into pan the precooked sausage, two cups of cheddar cheese, and finally
whisked egg mixture.
Add frozen tater tots until a full layer is formed.
Cover casserole dish with foil.
Bake tater tot casserole for 40 minutes to start, remove foil from dish.
Bake for another 15-20 until center egg is fully cooked.
Top tater tot casserole with more cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, salsa, or crunchy
bacon to taste.
